Stir Fried Broccoli with Fish Cakes

Simple stir fried broccoli with fish cakes, perfect for home meal dish.



Ingredients

300 grams of broccoli, chopped
1 roll of fish cakes, sliced
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 teaspoons of chicken stock powder
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic
Water

1. Put the oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, and cornstarch in the bowl to make the seasoning mixture. Then put a bit of water and mix them together well.

2. Heat the wok, put 2 tablespoons of oil, put in the finely chopped garlic and stir fry the garlic until the garlic turn slightly golden brown in colour.

3. Put in the broccoli stems inside the wok, then stir fry for a while. Then, put in the broccoli leaves inside the wok and stir fry together with the broccoli stems for a while.

4. Put in 2 tablespoons of seasoning mixture into the wok and stir fry together with the broccoli pieces for a while.

5. Put in the fish cake and stir fry together with broccoli for a while, then put a bit of water inside the wok to cook the broccolis and stir fry again for a while.

6. Serve warm
