Crunchy young beans with slices of beef is a delicious combination. I was inspired to make this dish after I saw a Vietnamese recipe that also features beef and beans combination. The combination of the succulent chicken thighs with ginger is delicious and worth of trying. 400 grams of chicken things fillet, cut into bite sized pieces  2 cloves of garlic, grated  1 tablespoon of light soy sauce  A pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce  1/2 teaspoon of white pepper 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine  2 tablespoons of sliced ginger, cut into small strips  3 cloves of garlic, chopped into small pieces  1 tablespoon of cornstarch  2 red chillies, cut into small pieces  1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder, mix with a bit of water Cooking Methods: 1. Simple stir fried broccoli with fish cakes, perfect for home meal dish. Ingredients 300 grams of broccoli, chopped 1 roll of fish cakes, sliced 1 teaspoon of cornstarch 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce 2 teaspoons of chicken stock powder 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic Water 1. Put the oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, and cornstarch in the bowl to make the seasoning mixture. Then put a bit of water and mix them together well. 2. This soup is plain and light but very clean and refreshingly delicious. Ingredients: 1 whole fish, chop the head separately from the body, remove the fish organs, slice the fish meat into 1 cm thick, remove the fish bones from the fish pieces. Remove the fish gills and the fish organs from the fish head to get rid the unpleasant smell. This simple meal is very delicious and easy to make, which is the reason why this dish is one of the most popular choices for home meal dish. Teochew style Stir Fried Green Beans with Olives

This Stir Fried Green Beans could be eaten with either porridge or rice. I knew this dish for the fist time when I was looking for a recipe with green beans. Then I found this Stir Fried Green Beans with olives, I was lucky to find this recipe because there are plenty of green beans in where I live. When I cooked this dish, I fell in love with it especially with the preserved Chinese olives that complimented this dish. This dish is originated from Chaozhou/Teochew (潮州) region of China. Olives are abundant at Chaozhou/Teochew, olives are either eaten raw or with porridge or used as one of the cooking ingredients. Preserved Olives is one of the olive products from Chaozhou/Teochew. Preserved olives has savory yet slightly sweet with a hint of licorice flavour and slightly bitter. The original recipe uses ground pork, but I use chopped prawns instead.
